First Birthday!

So I haven't posted much lately because I was busy getting ready for my daughter's first birthday party!  I had so much fun planning it and making everything for it, I thought I'd share some pictures.  I made almost everything (unless stated otherwise!)  I was so preoccupied during the party, I forgot to take a picture of the table all set up.  I didn't even get many pictures of the birthday girl!  Thankfully my mom was there and took a lot of pics!

 but she wouldn't keep it in her hair.

I made the cake.  You can see my first try that I blogged about here.  I decided to make it square and with darker pink icing than the first time.  I also made it a marble cake inside, to try and stick with the black and white (zebra) theme.

I made the invitation, but the zebra graphic is from Etsy store Peach PoPs ClipArt

It's hard to tell, but there's zebra print behind the letters!
